We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and take on a pivotal role in the ever-evolving world of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI). This role is centred on bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technical products and the specific needs of our clients.
We are open to people wanting to work on a consultancy, contracting or employed basis.
Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Open to expert profiles willing to work on USA PST time zone.
FTE% : Minimum of 50% FTE, open to part-time / fractional role for profiles with relevant experience and seniority
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, understanding, and addressing the technical requirements of our future clients who could utilise blockchain and AI capabilities to enhance their offering to clients and customers. Your expertise will be the link that connects our technical offerings with the unique needs and challenges faced by our future clients and customers.

Market analysis: You will conduct comprehensive competitive analysis. This involves keeping abreast of market trends, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of competing products and services, and identifying areas where our offerings can be differentiated to gain a competitive edge. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing competitive intelligence, including pricing strategies, technological advancements, and customer preferences.
Customer requirements analysis: Engage intimately with potential clients to fully comprehend their business objectives, technical needs, and challenges. Your primary aim is to tailor our solutions to meet their unique requirements effectively.
Customized solutions: Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.”
Technical Presentations: Craft and present engaging technical content, including papers, presentations, and demos, highlighting our products’ technical competitive advantages.
Sales Cycle Management: You will handle technical negotiations, and ensure a seamless handover to the engineering teams for implementation.
Solution Implementation: Work collaboratively with the product and engineering team to ensure we provide expert guidance to clients on the integration, deployment, and maintenance of our solutions.
Proven track record in complex B2B sales, with long sales cycles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience (experience in the blockchain and AI industries is a strong plus).
Strong technical knowledge of blockchain, mobile and AI technologies and their applications.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value for clients.
Strong customer-centric focus, with the ability to deeply understand client technical needs.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or comparable work experience is preferred.
Familiarity with the blockchain and AI market landscape and a network within these industries is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel as required and work flexibly with a global team.
