About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Executive to target and grow enterprise accounts which includes opportunities to close deals in new and existing divisions and business units. We’ve signed some of the top brands in the world and want to extend the value they’re seeing from SearchStax throughout the organization. Primarily, you will support the customer acquisition journey with key decision makers and stakeholders as well as identifying new groups who can benefit from partnering with SearchStax and taking them through the sales cycle.
Successively, you will work in lockstep with the Solution Engineering team identifying opportunities. Our Account Executives are rising leaders and mentors having proven the ability to consistently engage potential customers. Account Executives will have the responsibility of onboarding new business within our ICP while contributing to new revenue growth, diversification and maintaining quota achievement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Effectively onboarding new customers and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Engaging technical resources as required.
Create account plans and develop strategies to meet and achieve overall sales quota.
Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide the entire sales process to close.
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
Keep informed of product lines, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
Close deals with potential customers.
Help prospects through the purchase decision using the MEDDIC philosophy.
Ensure a smooth transition of customer relationships to our Customer Success team.
Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.
7+ years experience working in a Enterprise selling motion
5+ years in the digital marketing/martech space
SaaS / B2B selling experience
Experience in digital presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred
CRM Experience such as Salesforce
Experience with a global sales motion
No stranger to holding a 1M+ quota
Actively met or exceeded quota expectations in prior roles
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated

Base Salary: The OTE for this role is $240,000. $120,000 base plus $120,000 in variable compensation.
Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
