In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new revenue at Pagos. This role will manage end to end sales processes in a fast paced startup environment. You will partner with Solutions Engineering, Account Management, and Product teams to deliver on Pagos’ commercial objectives and goals. We are looking for someone who can successfully navigate sales cycles with technical complexities. You’ll represent Pagos in the payments industry with a high standard of success and the gumption to consistently exceed expectations.
As an Enterprise Sales, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers
Identify and build robust pipelines of greenfield opportunities
Engage with Product and Solution Engineering teams: work closely with our internal teams to continuously improve the overall user experience and contribute to product strategy.
We’re looking for someone with:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience within payments and/or fintech with a track record of success
Ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and translate them to practical and pragmatic solutions
Strong network and engagement within the payments industry
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal with the ability to influence and align decision making across stakeholders
Experience working in high growth venture-backed startups
Comfort in navigating ambiguity
A bias for action, where no task is too small
