About your role
Decimal is looking for our Director of Sales, Development & Outbound Strategy. This role is focused on leading the overall performance of our SDR team and the continuous evolution of Decimals Outbound Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and tactical execution of the sales development team’s monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets as set by executive leadership. As well as supporting our AE team and partnership team in refining and improving our holistic outbound strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Revenue, Marketing Teams, AE Leaders, and Director of Partnerships. Our ideal candidate is someone who approaches solutions creatively and has a strategic mindset. What you’ll do
Lead outbound strategy and messaging for the revenue organization
Continuously iterate and collaborate on messaging and Decimal positioning with key stakeholders
Analyze all outbound data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes
Monitor performance and encourage key outbound activity behaviors
Maintain daily reports and KPIs and report on key funnel metrics
Analyze key funnel metrics by individual to identify areas for improvement on an individual and team basis.
Support future recruitment growth of the team
Hire, coach, and train SDRs to reach their monthly goals
Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, QBRs, etc. with the members of the team
Create and manage ongoing training programs to consistently develop and improve performance
Collaborate with peers, management, and individual contributors to best accelerate the business forward within the parameters given. As well as the identification and preparation of career growth opportunities throughout the revenue organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing successful SDR teams in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS technology company with a proven track record of success.
Proven ability to develop and coach individuals to achieve their best potential
Experience with cold and warm prospecting
Ability to develop and deliver SDR training programs to help reach key objectives by leveraging buying personas, sales nurturing strategies, and call cadences
Experience in leveraging sales software to manage a high-performing team, e.g., creating & managing reports. Outreach/Salesloft and Salesforce experience required
Coordinate & collaborate with AE teams to match the sales efforts
Have exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written specifically around the enhancement of outbound messaging to identify and leverage best practices to drive conversions and results.
Data focused approach, you leverage data to identify success and improvement opportunities. You manage and assess key metrics to drive continuous improvement across the entire funnel.
You are a confident communicator with the ability to connect with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
