We’re looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team! You’ll be working closely with our VP of sales and the founders to design, execute, and fine-tune the enterprise sales strategy. You will get to work on complex yet exciting enterprise opportunities with multiple stakeholders and variable sales cycle. You should also feel comfortable working with the benefits broker community to evangelize the Twic product. We grew 500% last year, come help us do it again at scale! If you’re adaptable, optimistic, and love a challenge, this is the perfect position for you.
Have proven performance history of over achievement selling to net new enterprise companies.
Have familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and experience handling diverse deal cycles.
Have previous experience working in an early-stage company, navigating the complexities of a startup environment.
Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Be a pro-active, entrepreneurial problem solver with high energy and a positive attitude.
Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
With 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales. Experience in HR/benefits is a plus.
With a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions and independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement in conjunction with our sales and customer success team.
Based in the US – but you could be anywhere as Twic is a remote-first company.
